Duties of the Corporation with respect to public health.-It shall be the duty of the Corporation, or any other agency authorized by it in this behalf, to 119 take adequate measures on the subject of public health including inspection, supervision, regulation, and control of premises to ensure proper sanitation, prevent the spread of dangerous diseases and undertake such measures necessary to maintain the necessary standards of public health.
