Appeal against the decisions of the zonal commissioner.-(1)Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Zonal Commissioner under this Chapter shall, within thirty days from the date of receipt of such decision, appeal to the Chief Commissioner whose decision shall be final. (2) The Chief Commissioner shall decide any matters referred to it under sub-section (1) within sixty days. CHAPTER XVII NUISANCE
