Powers of the Chief Commissioner in respect of public streets.- (1) The Chief Commissioner shall have the power to issue directions to the Zonal commissioner from time to time, as may be necessary. (2) The Chief Commissioner shall have the power to take decisions in matters pertaining to streets that overlap two or more zones.
