Appointment of the Chief Financial Officer.-(1) The Corporation shall appoint a Chief Financial Officer who shall guide the Corporation on all financial matters and perform such duties as allocated by the Mayor or the Chief Commissioner from time to time. (2) The Chief Financial Officer shall be of such rank and designation as may be specified by the Government.
