Preparation of a medium-term fiscal plan.-(1) The Mayor in consultation with the Chief Commissioner, Standing Committee for Taxation, Finance and Appeal and Zonal Committees prepare a medium term fiscal plan for the Corporation in a manner as may be prescribed. (2) The medium-term fiscal plan prepared under sub-section (1) shall contain the receipts and payments projections for three years, assumptions underlying projections and evaluation of performance against targets set in the previous budget estimates.
