Maintenance of database.- (1) The Chief Commissioner and the Zonal Commissioner shall maintain a register of contracts entered into by the corporation in such formats as may be prescribed. (2) The contract register maintained under subsection (1) shall be made available in public domain, in such format prescribed, and updated periodically.
