First charge on Corporation Fund.-(1)The core functions of the corporation shall constitute the first charge on the Corporation fund. (2) Subject to the satisfactory performance of the core functions and the availability of Corporation funds, the Corporation shall undertake or perform, or promote the performance of any of the general functions or sector-wise functions referred in the First Schedule.
