Power to establish constituent College, additional campuses, Regional Centres or Study Centres.- The University may have Constituent Colleges, Regional Centres, additional campuses and Study Centres at such places in the State as it deems fit after the completion of five years after its establishment with prior approval and subject to the prior permission of the Government, and as per the University Grants Commission and then the Government.
