Disqualification for membership of an Authority or Body.- A person shall be disqualified for being a member of any of the authorities of bodies of the University, if he,- (a) is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court; (b) is an undischarged insolvent; (c) has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude; (d) conducting or engaging himself in private coaching classes; (e) has been punished for indulging in or promoting unfair practice in the conduct of any examination, in any form, anywhere; and (f) as and when the Board of Governors were to form an opinion in writing that a Member of any of the authorities or bodies is unfit to hold the post.
