Effect of other Laws.- (1) The provisions of this Act and the rules and regulations made there-under shall have effect, notwithstanding anything in consistent therewith, contained in any other law. (2) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any other law, 30 development plan or master plan of the area, any development in accordance with the provisions of this Act or rules and regulations made there-under, shall not be illegal or unauthorised, in absence of any permission, approval or sanction required under such other law, for such development, has not been obtained.
