Delegation of powers.- The Authority may, by notification in the official Gazette, declare that any power exercisable by it or any of its officers under this Act, except the power to make rules, under section 53 and power to make regulations under section 54, may also be exercised by such officer of the Authority as specified therein in such cases and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified therein.
