Annual report.- (1) The Authority shall prepare for every year, a report of its activities during the year and submit the report to the State Government, in such form, on or before such date as may be prescribed. (2) The Authority shall, at the end of each financial year, submit an audited annual statement to the State Government including, but not limited to the following, namely:- (i) Amount of debt or loan raised; (ii) Details of the investment made during the year; (iii) Mode of repayment of the debt or loan raised, including the amount that has been earmarked for the Sinking Fund; (iv) Amount of securities that have been created or raised; and (v) Any other matter specified by the State Government. (3) The State Government shall lay the annual report with compliance before each House of the State Legislation.
