Amendment of section 4.- In the Principal Act, in section 4, in sub- section (1), in the table,- (i) for clause (j) and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- “ (j) The Mayors of the City Corporations under Ex-Officio Members 35 the jurisdiction of the Greater Bengaluru Authority ” (ii) for clause (n) and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- “ (n) The Commissioners of the City Corporations under the jurisdiction of the Greater Bengaluru Authority Ex-Officio Members ” (iii) after clause (n) as so substituted, the following shall be inserted, namely:- “ (n-1) The Chief Town Planner of the Greater Bengaluru Authority Ex-Officio Member (n-2) The Additional Chief Town Planner of the City Corporations under the jurisdiction of the Greater Bengaluru Authority Ex-Officio Members ”
