Terms of working of the Authority.- (1) An ordinary meeting shall generally be held at least twice every year. (2) The Chairperson shall have the power to call for a special meeting as deemed necessary. (3) The minutes of the proceedings of each meeting shall be recorded in a book maintained for the purpose or as an electronic record. (4) The quorum for a special or ordinary meeting shall be one third of the total members of the Authority. (5) All the issues arising before the Authority shall be decided by consensus in the meetings of the Authority. (6) All orders and decisions of the Authority shall be authenticated by the Chief Executive Officer or any other officer of the Authority duly authorized by the Authority.
