Other tenants to be tenants under State Government.- Every tenant of the inamdar other than a permanent tenant or a protected tenant shall, with effect from and on the appointed date and subject to the provisions of Chapter IV be entitled to be continued as a tenant under the State Government in respect of the land of which he was a tenant under the inamdar immediately before the date of vesting. 8
