Appeal from orders under sections 10,12,17 and 23.- Against any decision of the Deputy Commissioner under sections 10, 12, 17 and 23 the State Government may, within six months from the date of the decision and any person aggrieved by such decision may, within ninety days from the date of the decision, appeal to the 1[Karnataka]1 Revenue Appellate Tribunal whose decision shall be final.
