PD 72 PTP 2001] In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1of the Bayaluseeme Development Board (Amendment) Act, 2000 (Karnataka Act 16 of 2000), the Government of Karnataka hereby appoints the 6th day of November 2001 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
