Objects of the Board.- The objects of the Board shall be,- (i) to promote the development and conservation of water resources in the Bayaluseeme; (ii) to adopt soil and water conservation measures in rainfed agriculture systems of the Bayaluseeme; (iii) to promote development of forest in the Bayaluseeme; (iv) to promote horticulture development in the Bayaluseeme; (v) to promote and support activities in the agriculture and allied sectors in the Bayaluseeme. (vi) to promote animal husbandry in the Bayaluseeme.
