23 Whereas it is expedient to amend the Basavakalyana Development Board Act, 2005 (Karnataka Act No. 13 of 2005) for the purpose hereinafter appearing: Be it enacted by the Karnataka State Legislature in the Seventy sixth year of the Republic of India as follows :-
