Control of sewers and sewage disposal works.—(1) All Government sewers, all sewage disposal works and all works, materials and things appertaining thereto shall be under the control of the Board. (2) The Board shall maintain and keep in repair all Board sewers and sewage disposal works and shall construct as many new drains and sewage disposal works as may from time to time be necessary for effectual sewerage and sewage disposal of the Bangalore Metropolitan Area.
