Power to enter premises to detect waste or misuse of water.—The Water- Supply Engineer or any officer authorised by the Board may, between sunrise and sunset, enter any premises supplied with water by the Board in order to examine if there 26 be any waste or misuse of such water and the Water-Supply Engineer or such officer shall not be refused admittance to the premises nor shall he be obstructed by any person in making his examination.
