Appeals.—Any person aggrieved by any decision or order of the Water Supply Engineer or the Sanitary Engineer or other officer under this Act or any rule or regulation made thereunder may within a period of sixty days from the date of such decision or order appeal to the authority prescribed by the regulations and subject to revision by the Board, the orders of the appellate authority on such appeal shall be final.
