Delegation of powers.—The Board may by notification direct that any power conferred or any duty imposed on the Water Supply Engineer or the Sanitary Engineer by or under this Act shall, in such circumstances and under such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the notification, be exercised or performed also by any other officer or servant of the Board specified in the notification.
