Meetings of the Board.—(1) The Board shall hold ordinary meetings at such intervals as may be provided in the regulations; and a meeting may be convened by the Chairman at any other time for the transaction of urgent business. (2) The number of members necessary to constitute a quorum at a meeting shall be such as may be provided in the regulations. 1[12.
