Regulation.- The Authority may, by notification and with previous sanction of the Government, make regulations not inconsistent with this Act and the rules made thereunder for enabling it to perform its functions under this Act. Regulation may be made in respect of any matter which is required to be or may, in the opinion of the Authority be provided by regulations.
