Metropolitan Commissioner to attend meetings of, Corporation, BDA and BWSSB.- (1) The Metropolitan Commissioner shall be entitled to attend and take part in the meetings of the Corporation of the City of Bangalore, the Bangalore Development Authority, the Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board, the Karnataka Electricity Board and the Karnataka Road Transport Corporation, but he shall have no right to vote. (2) The said bodies shall invite the Metropolitan Commissioner to attend their meetings.
