Power to delegate.- The Authority may, by notification direct that any power exercisable by it under this Act except the power to make regulations may also be exercised by the 1[Commissioner]1 or 2[such whole 1976: KAR. ACT 12] Bangalore Development Authority 147 time member or officer]2 of the Authority as may be specified in the notification subject to such restrictions and conditions as may be specified therein.
