Supplementary estimates may be prepared and submitted when necessary.- The Authority may, at any time during the year for which any estimate has been sanctioned, cause a supplementary estimate to be prepared and submitted to it. Every such supplementary estimate shall be considered and approved by the Authority and submitted to the Government.
