Payment etc. no bar to future acquisition.- Acceptance of liability to betterment tax under sub-section (3) of section 21, or payment of the said tax after determination under section 22 shall not debar subsequent acquisition of the land concerned, if such acquisition is necessary for purposes of this Act.
