Appeals and limitation.- (1) Appeals from the decrees and orders passed by the City Civil Court in suits and other proceedings of civil nature shall, when such appeals are provided by law, lie to the High Court. (2) The period of limitation for an appeal from a decree or order of the City Civil Court shall be ninety days form the date of such decree or order. CHAPTER III MISCELLANEOUS
