Amendment of section 3.- In the Banavasi Development Authority Act, 2018 (Karnataka Act No. 08 of 2018) in section 3, in sub-section (4), for clause (a), the following shall be substituted, namely:- “(a) The Chief Minister or Revenue Minister or any other Minister as chosen by the Chief Minister - Ex-officio Chairperson”.
