Power to establish constituent College, additional campuses, Regional Centres or Study Centres.- The University may have Constituent Colleges, Regional Centres, additional campuses and Study Centres at such places in the State as it deems fit after the completion of five years after its establishment with prior approval of the State Government subject to the norms of University Grants Commission and other National Accreditation bodies.
