Principal seat of the Tribunal.- (1) The principal seat of the Tribunal shall be at Bangalore. (2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), benches of the Tribunal may, from time to time and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed, have sittings at such other places as the State Government may by notification specify.
