Power to make rules

Power to make rules.- (1) The State Government may, by notification, make rules to carry out the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing powers such rules may be made,- (a) prescribing the other matters and the conditions subject to which a single member may exercise the powers of the Tribunal ; 1[(b) x x x ]1
