Short title, extent and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the 1[Karnataka]1 Apartment Ownership Act, 1972. (2) It extends to the whole of the 1[State of Karnataka]1. (3) It shall come into force on such 2[date]2 as the State Government may, by notification in the official gazette appoint.
