Grant of license.- (1) On receipt of an application for license under section 6, the licensing authority shall issue the same subject to fulfillment of such conditions as may be prescribed. (2) The form of license certificate shall be in such manner as may be prescribed. (3) Valid for a term not exceeding three years from the date of issue of license. (4) Any holder of license carrying out the business of animal feed manufacture shall apply for renewal of license 30 days before the expiry of license in force to the Licensing Authority.
