Feed recall procedure.- (1) If a feed manufacturer considers or has reasons to believe that a feed which he has processed, manufactured is not incompliance with this Act, or the rules made thereunder, he shall immediately initiate procedures to withdraw the feed in question from the market indicating reasons for its withdrawal and inform the competent authorities thereof. (2) A feed manufacturer shall immediately inform the Licensing Authority and co-operate with them, if he considers or has reasons to believe that a feed which he has placed on the market may be unsafe.
