Penalty for bringing infected animal to market.—Whoever brings or attempts to bring to a market, fair, exhibition or other concentration of animals, any animal which he knows or has reason to believe to be infective, shall be punished with fine which may extend, in the case of a first conviction to one hundred rupees, and in the case of a second or subsequent conviction to five hundred rupees. 11
