Certain offences to be cognizable.—Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (Central Act V of 1898), an offence under clause (i) or clause (iii) of section 26 shall be deemed to be a cognizable offence within the meaning of that Code.
