Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Alliance University Act, 2010. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Karnataka (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint. (This Act has come into force w.e.f.2.8.2010 by Notification No.ED 253 UNE 2010, Dated:02.08.2010.)
