Contribution to State Agricultural Marketing Board.- Every market committee in the State shall pay to the State Agricultural Marketing Board before the fifteenth of every month, in such manner as may be prescribed, five per cent of its gross receipts during the previous calendar month, by way of market fees and licence fees.
