Assistance by the market functionaries.- Every market functionary shall render such assistance in the collection and the prevention of the evasion of payment of fees or other amounts due under this Act, the rules and the bye-laws, and in the prevention of the breach of the provisions of this Act, the rules and the bye-laws, as may be required by the market committee. 1[82A. No market functionary to participate in strike, etc.- No market functionary shall without giving a notice of not less than seven days to the market committee, participate in any demonstration or strike.]1
