Amendment of section 86.- In section 86 of the principal Act, in sub-Section (1), for the words "or a bank guarantee of not less than one thousand rupees but not exceeding five thousand rupees as may be specified in the bye-laws", the words "of five thousand rupees and a continuous bank guarantee of rupees ten thousand or an amount equal to two per cent of the annual turn-over of the previous year whichever is more", shall be substituted.
