Amendment to section 78.- In section 78 of the principal Act, in sub-section (1), after the proviso the following shall be inserted, namely:- "Provided further that the maximum commission payable under this Act, shall not exceed,- (i) in case of coconut, rupees fifteen per one thousand; and (ii) in the case of any other agricultural produce, rupees fifteen per quintal"; XXX XXX XXX
