2[Rules, orders]2 and notifications to be laid before Legislature.- Every rule made under this Act 3[every notification issued under section 133]3 1[or section 152A]1 and every order issued under section 152 shall be laid as soon as may be after it is made, before each House of the State Legislature while it is in session, for a total period of thirty days which may be comprised in one session or in two or more successive sessions, and if, before the expiry of the session in which it is so laid or the sessions immediately following, both Houses agree that the 2[rule, notification or order]2 should not be made, the 2[rule, notification or order]2 shall thereafter have effect, only in such modified form or be of no effect, as the case may be; so however that any such modification or annulment shall be without prejudice to the validity of anything previously done under that 2[rule, notification or order]2.
