Power to make standing orders.- (1) Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules and bye-laws made thereunder, every market committee may by resolution make standing orders for the regulation of any class of transactions or any class of market functionaries. (2) Every Standing Order made under sub-section (1) shall be published in such manner as may be prescribed.
