Bye-laws.- (1) Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made under section 146 and with the previous sanction of the 2[Director of Agricultural Marketing]2, a market committee may 1[after previous publication in the prescribed manner]1 make bye- laws for the regulation of the business and the conditions of trading in the market area. Every bye-laws made under this section shall be published in the prescribed manner.
