Penalty for contravention of section 125.- Whoever in contravention of the provision of section 125 obstructs any person in seizing or taking possession of any books, records, funds and property of the market committee or fails to give delivery thereof to such person, shall on conviction, be punished with imprisonment which may extend to 1[one year and with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees]1
