Provisions for elections.- Subject to the provisions of this Act, the members of a market committee shall be elected in the manner prescribed by rules. Such rules may provide also for the preparation and maintenance of the lists of voters, the qualifications and disqualifications of voters, the payment of deposits by candidates and their forfeiture and all matters relating to such elections.
