Act to override other laws.- The provisions of this Act or any rule made thereunder shall have effect notwithstanding anything in the Karnataka Co-operative Societies Act, 1959 (Karnataka Act 11 of 1959) or in any enactment, other than this Act, or in any instrument having effect by virtue of any enactment other than this Act.
